How to Obtain the Magic Shortbow (i)

To obtain it it is very simple, players only need to be level 50 at range and use a Magic Shortbow scroll on a normal Magic Shortbow to turn it into a Magic shortbow (i).

Special Attack

The Magic Shortbow (i) retains the standard Magic Shortbow's special attack, known as "Snapshot." This special attack involves firing two arrows rapidly, albeit with slightly decreased accuracy. Snapshot consumes 50% of the player's special attack energy.

Contrary to the in-game tooltip, which suggests reduced accuracy, it is believed that Snapshot actually provides an accuracy boost of approximately 107 or about 43%

It's important to note that Snapshot employs a unique form of damage calculation that does not consider certain factors in determining a player's maximum Ranged hit. Specifically, it doesn't take into account the damage boost from the Slayer helmet (i) when on a slayer task, and it also does not consider offensive Prayers like Eagle Eye. While these factors do not impact the damage calculation, they still affect the accuracy of the special attack.
