Easy Desert Diary

Items Required:

• Shantay pass (can be purchased at the Shantay Pass Shop)

• Any grimy herb
• Any Pyramid Plunder artefact
• Empty waterskin
• Weaponry, preferably Ranged or Magic

Tasks to complete:

1. Capture a golden warbler.
2. Extract five pieces of clay from the north-eastern part of the desert.
3. Venture into the Kalphite Lair.
4. Don desert robes while in the Desert.
5. Eliminate a vulture within the Desert.
6. Request Zahur to clean a herb for you in Nardah.
7. Gather 5 potato cacti from the Kalphite Lair.
8. Trade artefacts with Simon Templeton (must involve artefacts from Pyramid Plunder).
9. Open the Sarcophagus in the first room of Pyramid Plunder.
10. Slice open a cactus to fill a waterskin.
11. Utilize the magic carpet to travel from Shantay Pass to Pollnivneach.

Rewards:

• Desert amulet 1
• Antique lamp worth 2,500 experience in any skill above 30
• Pharaoh's sceptre can hold up to 10 charges
• Goats will always drop noted desert goat horn

6. Employ the Eagle transport system to reach the Desert.
7. Offer a prayer to the Elidinis Statuette in Nardah.
8. Combine a combat potion within the desert.
9. Use a charged Camulet to teleport to Enakhra's Temple.
10. Pay a visit to the Genie.
11. Utilize a redirected teleport to house tablet to instantly teleport to Pollnivneach.
12. Gather logs by chopping the Teak Tree in Uzer.

5. Complete a lap of the Pollnivneach rooftop course.
6. Vanquish a dust devil within the desert cave (while wearing a slayer helmet).
7. Transition to the ancient spellbook within the Ancient Pyramid.
8. Defeat a locust rider using a keris or keris partisan.
9. Incinerate yew logs in Nardah on the Mayor's balcony.
10. Forge a Mithril platebody within the desert city of Nardah.

• Desert amulet 3
• Antique lamp worth 15,000 experience in any skill above 50
• Pharaoh's sceptre can hold up to 50 charges
• Access to the big window shortcut in Al Kharid Palace that takes you to the south of the palace, just north of the Shantay Pass, requiring 70 Agility
• Unlocked the ability to toggle the Camulet teleport location between the inside and outside of Enakhra's Temple
• All carpet rides are free
• Zahur will create unfinished potions for 200 coins per potion from a vial of water and a clean herb. Items can be noted or unnoted
• Zahur will now clean noted grimy herbs for 200 coins each.
• Ropes placed at both the Kalphite Lair entrance and the Kalphite Queen tunnel entrance become permanent

Elite Desert Diary

4. Mount a Kalphite Queen head on the wall in your Player-Owned House and engage in conversation with it.
5. Pilfer from the golden chest within Pyramid Plunder's final room.
6. Restore 85 or more prayer points from the Altar in Sophanem.

  • Unlimited teleports to Nardah and the Kalphite Cave
  • The Nardah teleport now takes players directly inside the Elidinis shrine
  • 100% protection against desert heat when worn

• Access to a crevice shortcut, requiring 86 Agility, in the Kalphite Lair from the entrance to the antechamber before the Kalphite Queen boss room.
