Albion Online Expands Its Horizons! With great enthusiasm, we announce the upcoming launch of a new server dedicated to the Europe and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) regions in April 2024. This exciting initiative promises to bring the vibrant world of Albion to an even wider audience, gathering new and veteran players alike in an unprecedented gaming experience.
The new server will not only offer improved connectivity and optimized ping for players in the region but will also feature tailored schedules for exclusive in-game events. This means that Albion Online enthusiasts will be able to immerse themselves in the thrilling game universe at times more convenient for them, allowing them to fully enjoy all the emotions and challenges the game has to offer.
Furthermore, this expansion reinforces Albion Online's commitment to its ever-growing global community. With the recent introduction of Turkish and Arabic languages, the linguistic diversity within the game has been further enriched, facilitating interaction and collaboration among players from different cultures and backgrounds.
Features of the new server
Here are the main features of the new server:
- A fresh start in an unexplored version of the game, where all players begin on equal footing and have the opportunity to claim their own piece of Albion.
- A completely separate and independent world from existing servers.
- Significant improvement in connection speed and ping for the Europe and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) regions.
- Event schedules (territorial battles, faction warfare, etc.) tailored to the region.
- Available in all languages of Albion, including the two most recent additions: Turkish and Arabic.
Please note that with the launch of Albion Europe, the two existing servers will undergo name changes:
- Albion West → Albion America
- Albion East → Albion Asia
Founder Packs
Albion Europe Founder Packs offer exclusive items, early access to the new server, gold, premium status, and access to the Closed Beta. Additionally, they allow you to reserve existing character and guild names upon purchase. Given the likelihood that your preferred names may already be taken on previous servers, we're providing a one-week grace period to ensure our community is informed. Therefore, once Founder Pack sales commence on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 11:00 UTC, it's essential to act promptly to secure the names you desire.
Roadmap
- March 12, 2024: Founder Packs for Albion Europe go on sale! Secure your spot in this new world with a Founder Pack. All Albion Europe Founders gain full access to the Closed Beta, along with an early advantage ahead of the official launch. Founder Packs also allow you to reserve existing character and guild names for use on the Albion Europe server.
- April 2, 2024: Deadline for reserving character and guild names for the Closed Beta - available only to Albion Europe Founders.
- April 3, 2024: Closed Beta and Guild Season begin for Founders: explore a pristine world, gear up for early access, and earn special rewards to keep after the beta!
- April 10, 2024: Open Beta begins: anyone can play on Albion Europe before its official launch and participate in the beta Guild Season.
- April 23, 2024:
Beta and beta Guild Season end.
Deadline for reserving character and guild names for official launch - available only to Albion Europe Founders.
- April 24, 2024: 5-day early access period begins on the Albion Europe server for Gold and Crystal Founders.
- April 26, 2024: 3-day early access period begins on the Albion Europe server for Silver Founders.
- April 28, 2024: 1-day early access period begins on the Albion Europe server for Bronze Founders.
- April 29, 2024: Albion Europe's free server officially opens to all players.
- June 3, 2024: End of Albion Europe Founder Pack sales and Founder Pack referral season.
