To start the quest, inspect Awowogei on the table, and then head to Ape Atoll.

Recommended Items for the Entire Stay in Ape Atoll:

- M'speak amulet.
- Karamjan monkey greegree (or other greegrees).
- Antivenom and food.

The easiest way to reach Ape Atoll is by using the fairy ring code "c l r," which takes you to the middle of the agility course. Use a ninja greegree if you have one to complete the agility course; otherwise, use a rope to drop into the jail and then switch to another greegree to exit. You can also speak to Daero on the second floor of the Grand Tree to reach Ape Atoll.

Obtaining Greegrees:

Note: If you already obtained the ninja, zombie, and gorilla greegrees during Monkey Madness I, you can skip this section.

Required Items:

- 3000 coins or 3 monkey talismans.

Recommended Items:

- Combat gear for ninja and zombie monkeys.

- Ranged or magic gear for a monkey guard.

- Prayer, stamina, and food potions.

To get the greegrees, bring a monkey talisman and the respective bones to Zooknock at the end of Ape Atoll Dungeon. Buy monkey talismans from Tutab or Monkey Child. Kill a monkey guard for bones. Do the same with a Monkey Archer and a Monkey Zombie.

Awowogei's Palace:

Required Items:

- Any greegree.

- M'speak amulet.

- Monkey nuts.

- Banana.

Buy monkey nuts and take a regular banana. Equip your greegree and M'speak amulet and talk to the Head Guard to enter Awowogei's palace.

Obtaining the Snake Corpse:

Killing the big snakes in the pit on Crash Island.

Required Items:

- Combat gear for an 84-level snake.

Recommended Items:

- Antivenom.

Head to Crash Island and descend into the hole in the cave. Kill an 84-level snake and take its corpse.

Obtaining the Sacred Red Banana:

Getting the banana.

Required Items:

- Any greegree.

- M'speak amulet.

- Monkey nuts.

- Banana.

Head to the northwest coast of Ape Atoll with your gorilla greegree. Use the rope to obtain the sacred red banana.

Obtaining Tchiki Monkey Nuts:

Picking the tchiki nuts from the bush.

Required Items:

- Ninja greegree.

Recommended Items:

- Antivenom.

Use the fairy ring code "c l r" to access the agility course in Ape Atoll. Collect Tchiki monkey nuts and grind them to get Tchiki nut paste.

Cooking the Snake:

Cooking the snake.

After you have everything, slice the banana and grind the nuts, then stuff your snake with them to create a raw stuffed snake. Be careful not to eat them yourself.

Go back to Ape Atoll, equip a greegree (you will need your Zombie greegree soon, but cannot run with it equipped), and then go back to the temple. Go down the trapdoor protected by gorillas, then down one of the ramps. There is a crack in the wall between the two bamboo ramps. Go through it, and you will see a patch of hot coals. This is where you need to equip your zombie greegree, as the hot coals will prevent you from going to the other side. Go to the long rock on the floor, boost your Cooking level if needed, and then, cook the snake on it. It is possible to over-cook the stuffed snake. You will know if you successfully cook or burn the snake, as there will be an animation when you try to cook it.

Travel back to Lumbridge Castle, and make sure your m'speak amulet is equipped. Right click the stuffed snake, and use it on Awowogei. If you eat the snake, you'll have to get another one.
