Improved Frenzied Regeneration Rune 

Now you can use Frenetic Regeneration in all your forms or when you haven't shapeshifted. Also, convert your active resource into health every second for 10 sec. Converts up to 10 rage, 10 energy, or 5% of base mana per second into 10% health, maximum.

Steps by Steps Guide

To obtain the Improved Frenzied Regeneration Rune, follow these steps:

1. Pick up the Quest: Head to Emerald Sanctuary in Felwood and pick up the quest "The Wild Gods" from the NPC called Shadowtooth Emissary. You can find the Emissary at coordinates /way 51.5 82. Remember, this quest is not shareable, so each player will need to pick it up individually.

2. Obtain Whispering Syrup: Travel to Jinth'Alor in the Hinterlands and defeat elite trolls until you obtain the item called Whispering Syrup.

3. Summon the Spirit of Agamaggan: Proceed to Razorfen Downs and clear the area around Amnennar the Coldbringer. Drink the Whispering Syrup to summon the Spirit of Agamaggan. Once summoned, speak to him to receive the quest " Agamaggan's Roar". Note that only one player needs to drink the draught to summon the spirit.

4. Spawn Ghostly Mobs in Dungeons: In each dungeon related to the Rune, you must kill specific mobs to spawn a ghostly mob. This ghostly mob can be killed once per dungeon lockout. Look for the chat emote "You feel a shadowed presence" to know when you've triggered the conditions for the ghostly mob. Use Agamaggan's Roar near the ghostly mob to make a level 52 elite called the Delirious Ancient turn hostile. Each Ancient drops 1x Wild Offering.

- Zul'Farrak: Clear Gahz'rilla and spawn a Ghostly Spider to summon the Delirious Ancient.

Gahz'rilla:

- Maraudon: Clear the area of Princess Theradras and spawn a Ghostly Raptor in the water to summon the Delirious Ancient.

Princess Theradras:

- Blackrock Depths: Defeat all three boss encounters (High Interrogator Gerstahn, Houndmaster Grebmar, and the Ring of Law event) to spawn a Ghostly Basilisk on the Dark Iron Highway (road to Bael'gar) to summon the Delirious Ancient.

5. Collect Wild Offerings: Kill the Delirious Ancients and collect the Wild Offering from each of them. You will need to collect all three Wild Offerings.

6. Return the Offerings: Once you have collected all three Wild Offerings, return to the Shadowtooth Emissary in Emerald Sanctuary and turn them in to receive your Improved Frenzied Regeneration Rune.
